Seed Saving Workshop
Join us in the garden to learn how seeds are made and how to save them. We will walk through the garden and see different examples of seeds being produced, then we will discuss methods to collect and sort the seeds and save them for next season. You are welcome to take home seeds we collect during this workshop. Please dress for the weather as this workshop will take place outdoors.

Yoga in the Garden
We invite you to join our very own Rebecca McGuckin in practicing a gentle yoga session in the garden. This session will be accessible if you need to practice in a chair or practice modified positions. Please bring your own mat or blanket and water bottle. We encourage you to show up early to find your spot and socialize with friends and neighbors. Please dress for the weather as this event will take place outdoors.

Taste of North End
As our crowdfunding campagin is coming to a close this is our final push to meet our goal!
Join us in the garden to enjoy apetizers and drinks from the future farm to table restaurant coming to North End. We will be sharing more about the garden mission and build out and introducing the farm to table restaurant coming soon to North End. This ticket will cover your entry, food and drink. This event will be limited to 50 total tickets. Find your tickets here.
This event will take place at the garden. We encourage you to park at the North End development at 445 North End Drive and walk over. Otherwise, we will have a shuttle to take you back and forth to your cars and public restrooms.
DIY Bouquet Bar
Join us in creating your own unique bouquet with fresh local flowers. We will have cut flowers from the garden ready for you to choose from, and we will be around if you want any guidance or inspiration. As this event falls during out crowdfunding campaign, all proceeds will count as donations towards our fundraiser to build our future greenhouse. Reserve your bouquet here.
Summer Solstice Celebration
Join us at the garden to celebrate the summer solstice. On the longest day of the year, we will enjoy outdoor time with a BYO picnic, yards games, live musics, and garden tours.
Garden to Salad Workshop

Compost Basics
Are you curious about recycling organic materials such as food scraps? Join us to learn the basics of composting at the garden! We will discuss how to compost your food scraps, other materials you can compost, and what finished compost looks like and smells like.
Scavenger Hunt
Keep an eye out for more information from us, because on May 17 we're launching a fundraising opportunity with a big dollar match! This fun filled Scavenger Hunt will be the kick off event for our upcoming fundraiser and allow you to explore what the garden has to offer. Scavenger Hunt Boards are available in our online shop, find yours here! Once your board is completed, you will be entered into our raffle for the chance to win prizes from local businesses.
Plant ID Workshop

Join us to learn how to start your own seeds for a garden, planter on your porch, or potted houseplant. We will start by demonstrating and explaining how to start seeds and then you will have the chance to start your own. You are welcome to bring seeds if you have some you want to start or we can provide some flower or herb seeds for you. We also invite you to bring your own tupperware or plastic container if you have one.
