Thank you!

Thank you!

Our crowdfunding campaign is coming to a close and we have exceeded our goal! This means that we will receive a matching grant from IHCDA through their CreatINg Places program.

We are grateful to all of our donors, volunteers, and cheerleaders for helping us reach our goal. Your support will make a significant difference for us to be able to build out the garden space. We are looking forward to constructing our greenhouse this fall and have it functioning for the garden in 2025. Stay tuned for upcoming volunteer opportunities by signing up for our monthly newsletter at the bottom of the page.

Engaging neighbors.
Cultivating connections.
Growing community.

Fields Market Garden is a non-profit urban garden located in Downtown Carmel. Located between the Monon and North End neighborhood, our goal is to engage with our neighbors, cultivate connections between people and the earth, and see communities grow.

We start everything from seed and carefully grow it here, knowing each flower and vegetable seedling has the potential for beauty and value. We see people the same way and look forward to sharing our garden with you whether through a bouquet of flowers or a healthy meal!

Our mission is to cultivate a thriving and inclusive urban garden that nourishes the community through food and beauty. We grow high-quality produce, foster employment opportunities for our nearby neighbors at North End with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and provide fresh, locally sourced ingredients to area residents and businesses. Along with employment opportunities, we also offer engagement and educational opportunities for our community including workshops, field trips, garden tours, volunteer opportunities and open house events.
